info on state regulations wanted

HI, anyone online today that can give me the www address where to find the
state regulations for traveling through with horses? Need to know if I need
my vet to put anything on my health certificate regarding vs. Am traveling to
New Mexico next week going through, Ok, Tx. and NM. Also what is recommended
to prevent scratches on western mulit day rides? My friend used swat ointment
last year with good success and I also have some of Crockett's "snake grease"
I think that is what he calls it. I usually just use desitine at home but our
conditions are due to wet grass and clover. My friend also had her horse stand
in the creek for 20 to 30 minutes after each days ride. I'm not sure if I can
get my horse to stand in the creek that long even after a ride. Thanks!!!
Happy Trails, Kathy
