Applegate-Lassen ride

We have regretfully cancelled the Applegate-Lassen ride due to lack of 
entries.  We may consider trying again next year if we can solve some of the 
logistics problems.  Thanks very much to the few staunch supporters of this 
ride on the historical trail.
