This is my first season of syringing electrolytes, and I've been using Lyte

something to look forward to), or is he just weird?

I started using Lyte Now last ride season and what a difference! I was using
that thick gooey molasses looking stuff that takes a dynamite charge to get
it out of the syringe on a cold morning (not a good thing when your horse
isn't cooperating). The other added benefit is that Harca loves the stuff.
The first time I squirted it into his mouth he was ready for the ivermectin
taste or the icky gooey stuff taste -- his look of surprise was comical --
then he sniffed around to make sure the tube was empty. I've had really good
luck with this stuff -- worth a try if you're having trouble syringing your
horse. Funny thing too, he doesn't object to worming paste now either
because he's made a good association with the yummy stuff I guess. Heyyyyy,
this sounds a bit like a commercial....anybody wanna pay me?
