Re: garlic

The friend who told me gets hers from a supply catalog (I forget which one), and
it comes with a scoop for measuring.  I think we decided from her description
that it was just 1/4 teaspoon, 2x a day.  As for anemia, I don't know.  None of
them at her barn ride as hard as we do, so I'm not sure how it would translate.
I'll have to ask her if anyone has had any problems with that.
