If you are talking about looky lous who show up late,(if at all, and never 
phone to say they're running late),  monopolize two hours or more of your 
time trying out the horse, ask to use the house bathroom and phone, complain 
if they can't make the horse do what you just made him do, don't bother to 
bring their own tack and bitch about yours, gripe about the price you're 
asking, subtley imply that you're lying about his health history,  soundness 
or condition, question the wisdom of his breeding, bitch that he can't or 
won't jump, even though he's not advertised as a hunter/jumper, and then say, 
"Oh, we're not in the market to buy, we just like to go around and look at 
other people's horses.", then I understand totally what you are talking 
about. We're trying to sell my husband's Appy, and if get one more damned 
"just looking" I think I'll shoot myself. What does Serious Inquiries Only 
mean to these bozos??
