Hi all - 

Just because someone who is winning is using a martingale does not mean that
this is an acceptable piece of equipement to some of us.  I wonder if Nina
used the martingale all the time or just to train through a problem or maybe
not at all.  Valarie & Danielle are winners in endurance - does not mean that
martingales make a winner in anything, just that is their preferred piece of
equipement.  I also notice the martingale is swinging in the wind - what do
you need it for then - the beginning of the race?

I do not mean to sound critical - I just want to make the point again "To each
his own".  Maybe we will see someone winning riding bridleless - now that
would be awesome.
