I think the whole thing is still posted on the Trailblazer web site at

 It's easier to just ride with somebody who's got one and use theirs.  If
they seem to be secretive, try just yelling out some miscellaneous fairly
high numbers occasionally.  If you yell "145" I'll guarantee that if
they're reading "121" they'll announce it.
