I like using Orudus.  It doesn't upset my stomach like the others 
do.  Though I do try to get thru most rides without taking anything if at 
all possible.  If I do take something, I usually follow it down with a "gu" 
and plenty of water or juice.  For me, I found that I was not drinking 
enough liquids.  Once I increased how much I drank it made a really big 
difference in how I felt not only during but after each ride.  Aren't we 
supposed to be drinking something like 16 ounces every hour?  I know most 
people don't---I would do an entire 50 and drink less than one water bottle 
full of water.....now I drink so much that I can out pee my horse (he pee'd 
six times Saturday at Scott's Flat).  <vbg>
