Help just used my monitor for the first time Is there any guide to what level to work at the user-training giide has a working pluse rate at about 140.  Is this correct because at times we were pushing 200 and didn't seem to me that my horse was working that hard.  Any pointers would be appreciated.  DOVIE AND LA
