Endurance as an International Sport was adopted by USET in 1993.

7 US riders competed in Dubai (more more US horses were there).  It was
DECEMBER, not NOVEMBER.

12 riders from each time zone (or Pan American Nation) are ALLOWED to
compete at PACER on August 7th at Spruce Woods Park in Manitoba, Canada,
PLUS any individual from a non Pan Am country can ride if entry is applied
for.  There will be one FOUR riders from each nation/zone who will compete
as TEAM members, the rest will ride as individuals.
