Rails to Trails

Jan, RtoT focusses almost entirely on using these old unused railbeds for
hikers and bicyclists...forget the horses.  A few enlightened local
agencies may include horses too,  but according to what I've heard,
that's not common.  That's my take on RtoT.    I quit sending them money
long ago.  Do you have a Rails to Trails project going on near you, or
were you just inquiring about the national organization?   Connie B (CA)
