Honesty is always the best policy and I would say it in a
non-confrontational way. Something like this: "I'm sorry, but our group
does not feel comfortable with the manner in which you treat your horse
and we would prefer not to be around that situation"
She will undoubtedly ask why and then you can be straight forward and
give examples. Stay calm and be direct, but nice. Offer to help her
learn about "natural horsemanship", the way horses learn best and horse
communication.
Hope this helps. Be strong. Stand up for what you believe in. Don't be a
wimp.
