Help: Horse for sale

A neighbor died of cancer this week.  She had a bay Half Arab mare that she
rode team penning and on trials.  The mare is about 12 years old.  I say about
because I have not seen her papers yet.  She stands about 14 hands and is very
healthy.  She probably would not make a real young kid's horse, but an older
child or small adult would work just fine.  The folks left with the horse are
longing for a good home for the mare as part of the deceased owner's wishes.
I'm sure they would take what ever money the buyer thinks the horse to be
worth.  I would love to have the mare, but I have two horses for sale myself.
The mare in located in the Peyton, Colorado, area.
