Eliminating junk

Since there are several people whose messages are followed by junk, I'm
forwarding this "fix".  Thanks to Duncan:

You are sending your posts HTML (I assume you are on digest and seeing the
double post plus junk there). I also assume you are using Outlook Express
(but RC strips out the information that would normally confirm that).
Assuming OE, go to Tools/Options/Send and set to Plain Text. Then under
settings set Message Format to Uuencode
