Re: Beet Pulp

I feed shredded beet pulp.... in the winter, I make a warm mash by adding hot
water. By the time I get it to the barn, it's plenty soaked and it's warm instead
of hot. This summer, I'll do the same, but probably use just warm water instead
of hot. I'm feeding about 3 dry pounds per horse per day. I'll be increasing the
ration once the two boys get back to work (when my shoulder heals enough that I
can ride).
