I live with a non-horsey husband (although he humors me as much as he's
able).  If I had to choose, I'd stick with hubby.  He's my best friend.
I'd definitely feel something was missing if I didn't have my horses,
but the hole would be miniscule compared to the one left if I lost my
best friend and lover.
