I can't seem to lay my hands on my source, but I think just plain
safflower oil is higher in both.  I think linseed is a good source for
vitamins A&D, but not enough to justify the cost, especially since with
a halfway decent diet they're probably not deficient anyway (certainly
not D if the horse ever sees the sun).
