Reggie and anyone else who has forgotten the instructions for 
unsubscribing from the list.  It is very easy in my experience -
just put the word unsubscribe in the the subject header.  If there
is still any difficulty for the list server I've always gotten a message
of who to post to directly. It is not logical to expect a computer 
program to recognize every possible wording for this - its your 
repsonsibility to remember and use the word the computer knows.
