back pain - thanks

Thank you everyone who emailed me advice for my husband. I tried to respond to
each email - but there seems to be  a lot of Ridecampers with bad backs ! If I
didn't get back to you - thank you .

After reading all the posts , he has decided to continue riding with the goal
of a LD ride next spring. Thank you all...
