Re: adding rider weight



Yes..BUT, since the ground jury makes the decision..perhaps one could find out
from the President of the ground jury in advance.  In the interest of fairness, I
think it would be smart to be prepared.  Unfortunately, since it does not seem to
be an easy job to add weight anywhere, and if the decision is not made until
riders are on the grounds, they don;t have the opportunity to train with the
weight in the place they plan to carry it during competition.  In the interest of
"fairness" to ALL riders, I think there SHOULD be a posted policy either in FEI
rules or on the entry form (invitation) so all can plan in advance.
