17.2 mule?

>And then of course we have the now famous and incrediable 17.2 (!)
>wonder
>mule:)

I gotta know...has anyone measured this mule with a stick? Has anybody
got a stick that goes that high? Maybe Becky Siler down there at Disney
World?

I've gone to see many a "15.2" horse that did well to be 15
hands...have yet to see that much advertised "16 hands" on any horse that
was advertised as such...I find most people add 2" without realizing it,
and that if you are precise in your measurement and reporting it just
confuses everyone. You tell them the horse is 15 hands, and they're
shocked when they see that he's actually their idea of 15.3!

17.2 is MIGHTY BIG. I couldn't even saddle something that tall, and I
know it wouldn't be too handy here in Tennessee cause there's too many
tree limbs that it couldn't get under!
