I'm going up to Auburn Fairgrounds on Tuesday to interview 
Samm Bartee and Cathy Adair about their "Tevis experience 
so far" - by then they will have been here a few days and should
have ridden at least some of the trail and had time to digest the
temperatures (mostly in the high 90s and low 100s, but with
45% humidity - at least that's in the Valley - cooler as you go up
into the Sierra...). 

We (me, Donna O'Gara, Becky Hackworth, Lynne Glazer,
amongst others) are planning the web coverage with Richard 
aka TevisWebGuy Goodwin and hopefully should have a really 
good show for you to see on the day (and hopefully, if I get my
act together) the days leading up to Tevis.

We'll be wearing volunteer T-shirts and probably ridecamp
bandanas - if you see us on the day (hint, I'm the one with the
English accent), please say hello and chat with us. 

It's difficult to "interview" people without getting in the way, or 
being pushy - I know people are tired on the day and we want 
to avoid butting in on anyone's problems.

We're also taking suggestions for "things you'd like to see
or hear about". I was marginally successful about this last
year and will try again this year. So please forward your
requests to me and I'll pass them on at our "pre-Tevis"
meeting.
