Footsore horses

Joy ,
It will not hurt most young horses to go out without shoes for a few
training rides ! I happen to agree with Corky that it does make them pay
attention to where they are going ,  as far as being painful , do you put
shoes on your foals ? Most horses are used to being barefoot anyway ,
lighten up !!!
