I had a QH/Arab that had a club foot but also had high ringbone in that
pastern (caused by the club foot?).  He developed sidebone and then bowed the
tendon on that leg.  I did manage to bring him back from the bow and complete
some rides on him but I retired him because I knew he would eventually have
more problems.  Talk to your vet and shoer and get some honest answers on the
likelihood of doing endurance on this horse.
