Hi, Mike--

Lots of endurance horses carry well over a quarter of their weight very
successfully.  I think some of Susan Garlinghouse's research addresses this,
so hopefully she will answer you, too.  At any rate, if your horse is 460 kg
and 15 hh, he could likely carry someone quite a bit larger than your 95 kg
quite easily.  Likely even up to around 120 kg or so...
