How do you decide when to use electrolytes or how much.  I usually
give them at each vet check, depending on the weather.  Is that too
little.  At a ride like the Biltmore, would you use a lot more?

I give at least 2 oz per dose.. that is 2 scoops or two 35mm film cans..

one dose night before
one dose in am about 1/2 before start
one dose at each vc
1/2 dose after vc1 on trail
1/2 dose after vc 2 on trail

1 dose after ride
50 miler

if really hot like biltmore was i gave more on the trail
I used ABC RIDE RITE
and on the trail I uses LYTE-NOW paste-- 1/2 a one dose tube about half
way thru the loop  plus the RIDERITE 1/2 dose

worked well was a B--both horses at end-
