psyllium and other ponderings

drat!!  i missed the initial post on this....and only caught a later one.. not
that it would matter to a lot of people...but a friend of mine from a sandy
area of FL uses a substitute for pysllium, that is cheaper than psyllium
itself and works great.  um...they head to wal-mart.....pick up some regumate
(flavor of your choice)...and add a 1/4 cup once a week to their feed.  works
like a charm!!

and speaking of FL...joanne (the aforementioned FL horsewoman) is looking for
some CTR/LD/endurance riders in the ocala area that she can make contact with
and get info on rides that may not be advertised on endurance net.  please
-mail me, as she is still technologically challenged.

and someone mentioned rescue remedy in an earlier post today...i cant say for
horses...but i know ive found its human version in new age shops.  but there
MUST be a space on the net for equine homeopathic remedies.  hmmm....now ya
got me thinking....
