Larry,

In all honesty I couldn't really give a time frame in regards to pain relief.
Since I was engaged in daily ongoing therapy for a given injury the horse
would tend to stay relatively pain free until healed.  How long the effects of
a single treatment would last I couldn't say.  Perhaps Heidi might have an
idea.
