Good intelligence can play a key role in winning wars. But this is only a
small part of the total picture.  Without a better Army, then a small
increment of better intellegence over the enemy will not turn the tide in
your favor.  It never has in the past.

Dose it really matter if there if a rider has superb intellignece if he
doesn't have the horse or skill to use it?  At the rides I have attended
there is sufficient information available from the timer to plan your ride.
The amount of additional intelligence available through the use of radio's
and cell phones seems to be of marginal utility.
