Most of us try awfully hard to do this, because the LD's are often the newbies
and need all sorts of basic help and information.  Could be you are sometimes
dealing with green vets, too, that may not realize this.  Ride managers?  Do
we need to have you talk to vets about this?  I try to as head vet with new
vets in this area...
