Horse Camps In Utah

Does anyone have information of good places to ride and camp with your horses
in Utah?  We would like to make a trip with our horses and would be coming
from Albuquerque -- probably would want to stay in the eastern half of Utah.
Also, what's the best time of year to go?  Email me privately if you would
like.
