I've read to stick a sponge in the back of the boot.  Anybody ever done
that?  I always forget.  I have a wierd situation.  Kaboot's feet are as
round as can be.  They're so wide he has to wear a size 2, but I have to
take up the heel strap.  I end up with a boot that has the bulbs sticking
way out the back.  Fortunately, he tracks really wide, so he doesn't grab
them.  Funny thing is, he's worn them through mud and everything else,
and never had one come off.  No problems with rocks inside either, but I
don't know why not.  It's bound to happen sooner or later.
