In my local organization, the miles you do in another organization DO count
toward lifetime miles whether it is NATRC, other CTR, or endurance. The
awards are counted only for the local organization miles, but you do get
recognized with patches and chevrons for your total accumulated miles.
Guess I'll have to stick with my local group, MOTDRA.
