Thanks for those who braved the pouring rain and finished yesterday.  21
out of 29.  You all who finished really deserved the "to finish is to
win"...esp your horses who braved that mess....and especially the
volunteers...thank you!  The ones who didn't finish realized their horses
were cold and not doing well in the weather, and decided to play it
safe..the horse comes first!   EVERYONE took extremely good care of their horses!
but hey!  It is a howling  north wind, wind chill 0 degrees, and blowing
snow today, so yesterday of 50 and rain wasn't so bad???
