I would allow at least two weeks between injections.  Keep in mind that some
injections are best given at particular times of the year anyway--primarily
EEE & WEE, which should be given in summer.  Tetanus can be given any time of
year, and the flu and rhino injections should be timed to preceed chances of
high exposure.
