Picket lines

Has anyone used the "Equine Safety Picket"  It was shown in the July/Aug issue
of Trail Blazer.  It is the Lead Rope that connects the horse to the picket
line.  This special rope comes with a weight at the one end in order to
prevent the horse from getting tangled.  I was interested in purchasing this
but would like to know if anyone is using this and what they thought.  thanks
