tents and campers

Has anyone ever seen or heard of a "tent" that would go on the pickup bed ?
 Many years ago I had a small sailboat and soon learned that the "cockpit
tent" which used the boom as a ridgepole and covered the cockpit was much
more comfortable in the summer than the closed up cabin.  Besides, for
those of us with the F150's and little two-horse trailers hauling one
"little" arab, a tent might be a lot lighter and less strain on the "rig".
