There's quite a range between this and the current $65/$75.  The
ten-dollar difference was set way back when the dues were only a third
of what they are now.  Every time the dues were raised the ten dollar
difference stayed the same.

Now, something like 60/90  with 30 each additional would IMO be a lot
better.
