Yes, this is my experience.  I can turn it on or turn it off with Red Cell on
both a Mini-Horse of mine, and an Arab or 2.  My vet feels he can do the same
with his TB stadium jumper.  Nothing scientific, just our feelings.  It could
have something to do with other feeds we are adding also at that time.  I have
switched back to Lixitinic to see if I can avoid the behavior changes.
