Breeding decisions

Hi all!
Has anyone in the endurance breeding arena looked at breeding to
Silverado Bey, standing at Tiffany Ranch in California?  His bloodlines
aren't the traditional endurance lines, but he got Courtney Hart's stamp
of approval as an endurance type sire.  His owner is offering a big
discount stud fee to owners of endurance mares or mares with a show
record.  Tempting, but I'm a novice at this.
