Endurance riders in Florence, Oregon area?

We are considering a move to  Florence Oregon (job opportunity) and
would like to hear from any endurance riders in the area. I've never
been there, but I read that it's beautiful! Would love to get
information on conditions, trails, riders etc. in the area. Any
information or response would be appreciated, we are going up for a
visit this week  and may have to make a quick decision. Naturally,
horses being part of the family, the decision would be based on their
well-being also.
