Canadians in Texas?!

Hey all you Texans, maybe you can respond to a rumour I heard today . .
. they say that the state of Texas will be will be accepting Canadian
currency at par all winter long. Right now, it costs $1.57 to buy $1.00
US. If this is true, anyone got any trailers/horses/tack for sale ;),
and could someone send me a ride schedule (joke - I can find rides thru
EN).

If someone lurking lives in Texas, please contact your local Chamber of
Commerce and get the scoop!
