My horse is a fairly narrow medium withered horse. I got the trees from
Sharon and tried them on myself. I thought the B tree was the best fit, but
it turned out to be a little too narrow for him on either side of the withers.
He didn't get sore, but the hair looked a little funny and the skin a little
pink underneath. The saddle was $1200 new and I have only used it four or
five times in training, never on an endurance ride. I also have a nice custom
made Jan's saddle cover for it.. I would want $950 for it with the cover. If
you want to try it, I could send it to you if you paid the shipping. If you
decide not to keep it you could send it back. It is brown.
