Congratulations on your daughter's achievement, Dad. My only concern is
that, if you were her sponsor, why did you let her get so far away from
you? I'm sorry to say that I have a problem with people who sponsor
juniors and let them out of their sight.

We had a problem with that on a ride a couple of years ago. Dad stopped
for a beer about 2 miles from the finish, letting the girls go ahead
because "they were almost home" and the girls in their haste took a
wrong turn resulting in search and rescue looking for them all night.
Don't want to rain on your parade, just wanted to mention it.
