My husband and I both sparingly use DMSO sometimes to reduce pain
and swelling. It works quite well. We use the DMSO mixed with
Aloe from my favorite tack shop. Be careful (clean) and apply
sparingly. You will taste it. Too much causes an itchy burning
in the area, but that goes away and is mostly harmless. DMSO goes
through gloves.

Those listed on the dust jacket are not the only horse trainers
Nicholas Evans collaborated with. There are those who did not wish
their name associated with the book.

Inside information... that's what forums like this are for.
