SPAM OBITUARY

Good Evening All,
There is a new wind blowing in the anti-spam world. Several
responsible servers have installed filters that block e-mail from known
spam servers and spammers. Mindspring is one of many involved in this
effort to keep your e-mail free of unsolicited advertisements. You may
like to visit their filter list at the following URL and see if your
favorite spammer is there: http://www.mindspring.com/cgi-bin/spamlist.pl

Those of you that dislike receiving spam would be well advised to check
with your own server to see if they have the filtering system installed
or have plans to do so. If they do not, it is well worth your time and
in your best interests to strongly encourage them to do so. It will
only take a few moments of your time to write a brief e-mail to your
server supporting spam filtering to turn this initial groundswell of
opposition to spam into a tidal wave that may eliminate it from the net
almost entirely. If they have the system up and operating, thank them
profusely!

Thank you for bearing with me on this non-endurance subject, but I, for
one, am tired of sifting through get rich quick schemes and cute notes
from Suzy Suckface and her husband Mr. Suckface to get to the reason I
subscribe to ridecamp and that is horse news and information.

For Donna L: Miracles happen every day!

It is a long process to kill a snake when starting from the tail, but is
is quick and permanent when you sever the head.
