My Easyboot Experience

First I want to thank everyone who helped me with all of my questions
regarding easyboots. Now, I would like to tell everyone how the change
from nail on shoes to easyboots went for my mare and me. I had been
having problems with the front feet of my mare for quite a while now. I
had been using pads and nail on shoes and when the farrier said she
looked okay to go with out we went without and she would again get
sore. The angles on her feet have been getting strange and I just
recently went through an abscess in a hind foot. Well, I was getting
pretty frustrated with what I was experiencing and my normally very
smooth gaited, relaxed horse was getting miserable. I decided to talk to
the farrier about pulling all of her shoes and trying easyboots. I had also
talked to my riding instructor about this. After many discussions on how
to put on and take off the boots I was ready to give it a try. I longed her
first to she if these things would really stay on. They did, great. I trimmed
them down to below the hairline also. Then came time to take them off.
Well, that was a little more difficult but once I got a long flat blade
screwdriver they weren't much problem. I was taking them off in less
then 10 minutes.

So the big test was last night. I rode her to my weekly lesson. I had
noticed how comfortable and happy she looked when I longed her but
was wondering if my instructor would notice. Well!! She said she
wished she had taken before and after pictures. She has been working
with this mare for over 6 years and said she has NEVER seen her move
so well. She just couldn't believe the change it was remarkable. She no
longer had her tail clamped down, her head did not bob once, and her
face was so relaxed, no wrinkles around her eyes, she was actually
enjoying herself for the first time in a long time!! I was thrilled. When I
mentioned what I was going to try I know she was skeptical but she
complimented me on trying it and I think we are on our way to being a
much better horse/rider team. My mare is happy, I am happy and I just
had to share this with all of you!!

I am not associated with easyboots at all, just a satisfied customer that
wanted to relate her experience. I know this may not be the answer for
everyone that has had or is having trouble with their horse's feet but it's
working for us so far.

Thanks for letting me share and sorry I got so long-winded, can you tell
I'm excited!!

And again, thank you, Thank You, THANK YOU to everyone who helped
me with this!!
