When you ride... you will develop strength in the riding muscles... not much
else you can do will develop the muscles like you need them to develop for
riding...
Working out at the gym will help you gain strength and stamina overall.....
but, there is nothing else like getting out there and ride, ride, ride... and
you will feel better ... eventually...
We all feel sore and tired after a long ride... that's natural... but, in my
opinion... and those of many of my friends... nothing makes you strong for
riding , but riding...

So, get out there 3-4 times a week and "Just Do IT"!!! for 2-3 hours at a
crack... and both you and your horse will benefit!

Good Luck...
Patti
