Hi Bonnie!
I soak my beet pulp for at least 2-4 hours. It depends on the temp of the
water as to how long it needs to soak. I have used very cold water on a
very cold day and it needed to soak longer, but with hot water, it can be
ready in as little as 2 hours!! that is for pellets, not the shredded
which is of course quicker!!
