Great new product. Girlfriend and I were camping this weekend and doing a
lot of riding. As often happens when you hang out with a friend - we're on
the same 'cycle' now and it happened to be last weekend. She brought a new
product - looks like a diaphram but is works in place of tampons or pads.
Think it's called Instead. We both 'tested' it and love it. You can wear
it 12 hours without changing, no fear of Toxic Shock since air doesn't leak
in, we experienced no leakage in 7 hrs of riding, and best of all - we
weren't even aware it was there! Believe you can get it at your better drug
stores. I'm sold and thought I'd pass the info on.

Mardi and Charlie (Charlie Horse - who still lives up to this name on
occasion. <g>)
